Through the practice of Centering Prayer, you will develop a greater sense of inner peace and presence, learning to navigate life's challenges with calm and clarity.

You'll gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions and self while learning to create distance from conditioning and unconscious programming as you move into the present moment.

By connecting scripture to your meditation practice, you will awaken to your true self and divine presence, balancing logical reasoning with intuitive knowing. Gain insights into psychological patterns, including the role of the ego, and learn to navigate the spiritual journey with greater self-awareness and compassion.

Meditation as an act of non-violence.

Module 3

Expanding how thoughts are defined, how Centering Prayer corresponds to our spiritual level of awareness and a look at the types of thoughts that arise when we meditate.

Detachment as a way of opening to the present and ways to let go.

You aren't meditating wrong: moving from dual to non-dual ways of being.

Module 4

Connecting Centering Prayer to scripture, why you don't have to go into a closet to pray and the spiritual movement from the outer world to the inner world.

Diving beneath the surface of thoughts during meditation and waking up to your true self and connection with divine presence

The things that make logical sense and the things you know intuitively.

Module 5

Woundedness, recovery, wholeness and touching on the psychological aspects of Centering prayer.

The ego as an unconscious motivator, where this appears in the Bible and how this connects to our identity today.

A look at the True Self, times when it feels like your prayers aren't working and how your external senses (smell, touch and taste) can help you understand our spiritual senses (silence, presence, union).
